By accessing or using Euclase ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Euclase is a note-taking application that allows users to create, edit, and organize notes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with a valid email address
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EUCLASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Euclase and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
